problems:-
Headache:-
Headaches have a wide variety of
causes, ranging from eyestrain
to inflammation of the sinus
cavities to life-threatening
conditions such
as
encephalitis, brain cancer, and
cerebral aneurysms. When the
headache occurs in conjunction
with a head injury the cause is
usually quite evident; however,
many causes of headaches are
more elusive. The most
commontype of headache is a
tension headache. Some people
experience headaches when they
are hungry or dehydrated.
Migrane:-
There are certain external
factors that are responsible for
triggering this ailment. They
can be dietary, hormonal,
chemical, environmental and
behavioral in nature. Some
people have allergy to certain
physical conditions and
substances. If he is exposed to
these conditions for a prolonged
period, he can develop migraine.

Knee
Pain:-
Knee pain and knee injuries are
extremely common in athletes. In
order to treat the cause of the
knee pain it's important to have
an evaluation and proper
diagnosis.
Lumbago:-
Lumbago is the term used to
describe general lower back
pain. The exact cause of the
lumbago/back pain is often
unknown. The back pain can come
on suddenly after lifting
things, or gradually through
overuse (see weak back) such as
repetitive movements when
decorating, gardening etc, or
even for no obvious reason.

Constipation
Constipation is defined as
having a bowel movement fewer
than three times per week. With
constipation stools are usually
hard, dry, small in size, and
difficult to eliminate. Some
people who are constipated find
it painful to have a bowel
movement and often experience
straining, bloating, and the
sensation of a full bowel.
Some people think they are
constipated if they do not have
a bowel movement every day.
However, normal stool
elimination may be three times a
day or three times a week,
depending on the person.
Constipation is a symptom, not a
disease. Almost everyone
experiences constipation at some
point in their life, and a poor
diet typically is the cause |
Depression
Depression is a state of low
mood and aversion to activity
that can affect a person's
thoughts, behaviour, feelings
and physical well-being.[1]
Depressed people may feel sad,
anxious, empty, hopeless,
helpless, worthless, guilty,
irritable, or restless.

Stiff neck
Stiff necks are the same. While
most of the time a stiff neck is
caused by whiplash, ergonomics,
wear and tear, or just sleeping
in a funny position,
there
are those instances where it can
be the sign of something
systemic. Meningitis, an
infection of the lining of the
brain, is one such instance, and
can be quite serious.
Frozen Shoulders
Most patients with a frozen
shoulder never experience a
shoulder injury leading to the
onset of their symptoms. More
commonly, these patients develop
gradually increasing shoulder
pain and stiffness. The problem
builds upon itself as patients
move their shoulder less because
of the pain, allowing the
shoulder to become more stiff.
The cause of a frozen shoulder
is still somewhat of a mystery.
However, there are some factors
that can lead to a frozen
shoulder. Interestingly, many
patients with a frozen shoulder
have endocrine conditions such
as diabetes or thyroid
conditions. |
Sciatica
Sciatica (or sciatic
neuritis) is a set of
symptoms including pain that may
be caused by general compression
and/or irritation of one of five
spinal nerve roots that give
rise to each sciatic nerve, or
by compression or irritation of
the left or right or both
sciatic nerves. The pain is felt
in the lower back, buttock,
and/or various parts of the leg
and foot. In addition to pain,
which is sometimes severe, there
may be numbness, muscular
weakness, pins and needles or
tingling and difficulty in
moving or controlling the leg.
Typically, the symptoms are only
felt on one side of the body. |
